Conditioning the mind to achieve our goals.

Contrary to popular belief, regular exercise and a healthy diet are NOT all it takes to achieve any fitness goals. I found that it is also important to stay focused and driven; and to achieve that - one must have a conditioned mind. Personally, I feel it helps to listen to inspirational or motivational speeches --- and lately, I have been hooked on Arnold Schwarzennegger's "Secrets To Success" speech. Here are the clips in two parts, I hope it inspires you just as it has me, and help you set higher personal goals.
