My First Post - Why I'm Starting This Blogsite

Ever since I discovered the joy of exercise, I just can't stop talking about it. What I do, how I'm doing, what works, what doesn't work, etc. I talk about it at home, at work, with my parents, with friends, and even people I just met at GNC while trying to buy some supplements. While I feel this is the best thing that happened to me, I realize that there are many people that are starting to get annoyed by my stories.

And that is why I started this blog. This way, I can share and express my daily successes (and sometimes failures), and be super excited without annoying anyone (hopefully). I'm guessing, if you don't want to hear and know anymore about how much fun I'm having in Zumba, or how much weight I've lost --- then you don't have to be here to read this. Simply close your browser and block this site from ever opening on your computer ever again. Haha!

I do have friends who are super supportive however, and are interested in new activities I'm trying out. For those few friends... I promise to "try" and keep this spot as updated as possible. I also look forward to everyone's comments; maybe we can all share weightloss (or should I call it, "inchloss") secrets.
